Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
You may cancel your order up to three hours after it is placed to receive a refund.
After the three-hour grace period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please make sure you double check all order details for accuracy. We are not responsible for errors submitted in your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us ASAP with your order number and the correction by using the contact page and selecting ‘Order Support’ as the subject.
NO RUSH ORDERS: Please order your items in a timely manner. For reference, orders with one item ship within three business days.
Shipping
We are not responsible for items damaged through any postal/shipping service provider.
Items damaged during shipping should be resolved with the respective postal/shipping service provider.
Services
Deposits are non-refundable.
Services are invoiced along with a Service Agreement and based on your specific needs.
Final work is not released until the remaining balance is paid.
